Jane Austen Biography

Jane Austen was a English Novelist. She was born on the 16th December 1775 and died on the 18th July 1817. She was born in the village of Steventon, Hampshire. She published her first book - 'Sense and Sensibility' - in 1811 and soon after released her most well known book - 'Pride and Prejudice' - in 1813. Jane sadly died on the 18th July 1811 supposedly from Addison's Disease, she was buried in Winchester Cathedral. Jane was the seventh of 8 children. Jane's dad died in 1801 and shortly after they moved to Bath. Jane's Books include: Sense and Sensibilty (1811), Pride and Prejudice (1813), Mansfield Park (1814), Emma (1816). After Jane died two more books were released: Northanger and Persuasion. She also left one book incomplete later to be titled: Sanditon.
